OUR MOTTO - QUALITY TOURISM:
We trust that the quality of our services matters a lot in Tourism Industry. It is better to charge a bit more and offer best quality services, than making big discounts which will cost at the end of the day. Always 'cheap is expensive'. 
You may get very cheap rates, which will lead to poor services, and many many problems. KSTT Ltd, Management and Staff, will always advice its clients to go for standard rates, and reality. Because, through experience, many people end up suffering, especially when a breakdown occurs, or any other unexpected problem. plans. i.e.
* The cheapest charging companies (C.C.C.), may fail to send an immediate rescue
  vehicle or Guide, therefore affecting your time of tour.
* A Chef may not prepare meals in a professional style due to lack of some necessary
  engredients.
* Crews are NOT well paid, therefore their moral for the work they do will be poor, thus
  not performing properly as it could be done.
* Crew will not love their work. They will just do as a responsibility, which is not good.
  It sounds like some sort of humiliation, which KSTT will NEVER conduct such treatments
  to the staff.
* Equipments will be of low standards, as the C.C.C. will be unable to repair, or buy new
  ones timely. This will lead to failure.
* The C.C.C. will be unable to purchase proper vehicles for punctuality and discipline.
  These are just main points, you can imagine more than these.

NB:- KSTT Ltd understands that, the Guides, assistant Guides and porters, Cooks and
        office staff are all very URGENT people to make someone's holiday super. If they are         not satisfied, it will affect the Company as well as our clients. In this case, we make         sure that:-
1. Our staff are highly, experienced, paid satisfactorily due to TANAPA/Tanzania
    rules and regulations and working in friendly environment.
2. Our clients are considered highly in all plans, and they are the ones who keep us going,
    therefore we do our best to maintain our standards for them.
3. Rules and regulations issued by Tanzania Government, i.e. paying taxes, paying fees,
    etc are implemented accordingly.
4. Revenue gained from Cultural tours, goes direct to the local community, and this is
    highly aimed for helping the needy.
