KSTT has just announced the dates for Tanzania Tours including Mount Kilimanjaro climbing and Photographic Safaris. There are sevaral departures each month except for low rainy season.
The group plans are offered on a basis of 6 days Machame Route and are typically scheduled to summit on a full moon, new moon, or New Years Eve. The maximum is 10 people on safari or 10 people on Kili.
Safaris plans are scheduled for 4nights 5 days and/or 6nights 7 days itineraries in standard Hotels / lodges and/or light camping and tented camps. The groups ar free to either take one part either Mount Kilimanjaro or safari, or both parts.

Kilimanjaro-Serengeti Tours & Travels is organizing trips for Mt Kilimanjaro as follows:-

NB:- You can book for different dates according to your flight schedule, without extra payments. At same, even if you book alone, still there will be many climbers from other organizations on the trail and even at dinners and breakfast times, but separate services of Guides, porters and cook.
* Private plans : Many people add a safari or a stay on the unspoiled beaches of Zanzibar, Pemba, Mafia, Tanga, and/or Dar es Salaam - the trip can be as flexible as you want. Please contact us for full details of these special tours.
NB:- Day trips to Marangu, Mweka or Machame from Moshi town will cost 120$ per person per day. Minimum 2 people. In case of a single person, charges will be added due to the selected area.
Determination of the price will depend on time, services and actual costs like entry fees (if any), meals and/or any extras. Otherwise, meals are included in the rate.

Special Discounts on the prices are available for large group bookings i.e. 10 people or more. Please contact us for quotation and/or more information.
Rates are not fixed, due to currency fluctuation, and changes from third parties.
We can issue rates when we have your plan. Our rates are competitive.
In accommodation, we use rates and conditions from a particular organization, which are so many, in different standards. Your budget will determine. If you give us the power to choose, we can suggest for you. For example, there are back packers, Tourist standards, Luxurious and Deluxe rates.
* Back packers may get very cheap accommodation rates. This will depend with availability of rooms. For smooth travels, early reservations are highly recommended.
* High
standard rates are worth, but needs early reservations because many
tourists go for this. These rates vary due to the season of the tour,
number of people, and number of days.
* Tourist standard rates are very common and reasonable.
At
least make a booking two months before for firm confirmations. In case
the booking is less than two months, we may book for alternatives
close/equivalent to the first choice.
* All payments for non-residence, should be in either of the following:-

Bank transfers are more safe and reliable.
Foreigners with resident permits may pay ina Tz shs equivalent to US Dollars, according to the rate of the day.

These are all variation starts on the Machame (and not separate as some companies suggest) and meet to finish up Barafu Ridge
The Mweka Route is the descent route for all the climbs (except Marangu and Rongai) and ascents are not permitted.
The Londorossi Route is another name for the Lemosho Route .
The Shira Route is a parallel route to the first two days of the Lemosho Route , but the first day is often avoided by driving which can give acclimatization problems.
The Umbwe Route is a direct start to the Machame and should only be used by fit and acclimatized climbers.
NB:-The Western Breach is an alternative direct finish which is not permitted at present as there has been a rockfall resulting in several deaths.
Some routes use different paths in the Shira - Barranco area and some overnight at Lava Tower , but these are only slight variations on the general theme.
Prices for the above routes will be given due to the number of days requested.
*** These routes are highly recommended for experienced climbers.
NB:- We prefer group size not to exceed 10 people at once, in order to maintain our standards. In case we have more than 10 climbers, we split them into separate groups with all necessary crew and equipment.

Third party operators like Hoteliers, Car Hire and Ticketing offices (For requests of tickets) may also
affect our quote due to their operational costs and/or changes.

either physically or electronically.

NB:- From 1st October 2013, Tanzania Governmet introduced TOURISM DEVELOPMENT LEVY (TDL) US $ 1.5 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. This amount will be included in all new bookings, but will be charged to clients in the Camp for all existing bookings.

CHILD POLICY:-
- Children between 6-11 years of age, pays 50% if sharing with both parents (i.e. 1x room for family with temporary beds with nets for children)
- Any child sharing a room with another child or just one adult, will be charged at the adult rate.
We do not recommend visit of
children below 6 years. If it happens a client came with such a child, they
will be charged as other children rates (6-11 years) Exception can be effected
due to room availability.
- Children below 2 years are free of charge provided their parents will take care of their meals and all other needs.

7. KSTT CULTURAL TOURS:-
This will be quoted due to the itinerary. It varies according to customers time and interests.
It will also depend on the hosts conditions, like village entrance fees to some areas, and/or local people's requirements. Approximation: 40$@ or 50$@ or100$ per person per day sharing transport and Guides (Minimum 2 people) within 100 kilometers. The costs may increase in case the distance is far from the starting point. Charges ranges between 1$ and 1.5$ per extra km.

8. BEACH TOURS
(i) KSTT ZANZIBAR
Day 01: Arrival, meet and greet at the Airport (Or Ferry ), transfer to Dhow
palace hotel (or similar hotel). Check inn for five nights
on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 02 : Morning, after breakfast, at 09:00, guided Stone town
tour; stone town was declared as world heritage site by UNESCO.
With our guide you will walk on the footsteps of Arab Sultans of Zanzibar.
Discovery of the wonderful labyrinths of Zanzibar ,
visit of the historical sites, presentation of the Zanzibar
Day 03 : Full relaxation, and overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 : Morning, after breakfast at 09:00, leave in a wooden
engine, Prison island tour, discovery of giant tortoise, ancient prison,
snorkelling around the island. Return to the hotel at 14:00. After lunch at
15:00, transfer from Al- Johari to Amani beach bungalow
(Extreme North of Island) or similar hotel; check in for two nights
at hotel (standard room) on half board basis, Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 : Morning, at 07:00 depart from Amani bungalow Hotel for
dolphin trip at Kizimkazi
